I loved this book, and have now purchased 10 more and given them out to friends and co-workers. I know Dr. Greenblatt personally, and have massively benefited over the past 9 years from food and supplemental adjustments in my diet. His team has not only saved my life (by removing foods that I could no longer digest, but didn't know it - and my normal MD was clueless), but they greatly expanded my life by applying their integrative health methodologies. The list of benefits is too long for this review, but one thing I never expected was no longer having exercise-induced asthma, which came directly from correcting deficiencies in my body. I could not recommend any book - or author - any more passionately.

This book is easy to read and very practical. It is based on sound scientific research. I am an integrative mental health professional. I highly recommend this book to anyone concerned about neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease. Good for professionals and the general public.
