First, I have to admit that I've been a fan of Nicole Poirier for several years. I follow her blog, her social media, and have religiously collected her recipes around the internet. Her recipes are always hugely successful and a big hit with my family. She has a knack for livening up "boring" diet food with big flavors and unique ingredient combinations, yet still making it approachable and easy to implement.

I was so excited when I learned she was coming out with this cookbook. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Everything was so thoughtfully laid out and beautiful. The recipes have options to suit different dietary patterns, from plant-based to low carb and keto. I'm eager to cook my way through the recipes!

I love that it gives everyone options to do IF in a way that works with their preferences. I'm also happy to have such a thorough guide for the different intermittent fasting protocols––super informative, but easy to follow and understand.

It's refreshing to look at IF in a balanced way that highlights healthful nourishment instead of deprivation and restriction. Anyone considering IF should pick up a copy!

We were looking for a set of recipes we could use to improve our overall health and this did not disappoint! We appreciate the replacement options for carb reduction (rice vs Shirataki rice vs cauliflower rice) as we have different nutritional needs at home & knowing how to adjust has been really helpful. Chef Nicole has clearly worked with different dietary restrictions & made delicious food within restrictions.
