Essel Pratt is a purveyor of horror and fantasy, conjuring tales that haunt souls and inspire imagination. As a student of psychology and teller of tales, Essel writes to share the complex nature of his imaginings with the world. His ever-expanding catalog of short stories spans multiple anthologies and collections, ranging from whimsical fantasy to bizarre horror, including everything in between. Dedicated fans have praised his creations, labeling his talents as prolific in substance.
Hailing from Mishawaka, Indiana, his passion for writing began in the early years as his imagination taunted from within, begging for a release. Dabbling in art at first, he found that the stories that pleaded to be told could not be imprisoned by ink and paint alone. His most notable and prevalent accomplishments include Final Reverie, Sharkantula, and the multiple short stories that have garnered a following of their own, such as the adventures of Detective Mansfield.
Inspired by C.S. Lewis, Clive Barker, Stephen King, Harper Lee, William Golding, and many more, Essel doesn't restrain his writings to straight horror, instead exploring the blurred boundaries of horror within its competing genres, mixing the elements into a literary stew.

Kevin Candela grew up in Southern Illinois on the rich fantasy and science fiction of the 1950s and 1960s. So inspired was he by the movies and TV shows of that era that he ended up spending almost two decades as an aerospace engineer, a time he now regards as "background building" for his writing. Honing his communication skills teaching physics and engineering at local colleges and universities, he completed his first work - a "fan fiction" sequel to the 1998 American Godzilla movie - in 1999. He began work on his Dragon's Game Trilogy the same year, his last in the aerospace industry, and self-published the original version of Mushroom Summer, the trilogy's first installment, through AuthorHouse Books in 2005. Since 2014 he's been self-publishing prolifically and currently has over a dozen novels, more than twenty published works including an ongoing novella series, and sixteen audio books released with many more on the way. He also shows up in a lot of indie anthologies. A big fan of the supernatural, D and D and rock and roll--especially the Stones--Kevin lives with wife Jackie, who acts as his editor on top of everything else she does, and a number of cats who mostly don't mind public mentions like these. Author Biography
Matthew Cash, or Matty-Bob Cash as he is known to most, was born and raised in Suffolk; which is the setting for his debut novel Pinprick. He is compiler and editor of Death By Chocolate, a chocoholic horror Anthology and the 12Days: STOCKING FILLERS Anthology. In 2016 he launched his own publishing house Burdizzo Books and took shit-hot editor and author Em Dehaney on board to keep him in shape and together they brought into existence SPARKS: an electrical horror anthology, The Reverend Burdizzo’s Hymn Book, Under The Weather* and Visions From the Void ** and he has numerous solo releases on Kindle and several collections in paperback.
Originally with Burdizzo Books, the intention was to compile charity anthologies a few times a year but his creation has grown into something so much more powerful *insert mad laughter here*. He is currently working on numerous projects, his third novel FUR was launched in 2018.
