This is a great DVD. I purchased several similar DVD's. We are a dual military family. I use for them soldiers when we deployed overseas. The soldiers enjoyed them so much that when I returned home from Afghanistan I left them for the next group of soldiers to watch. They were good for the morale. I have to purchase them again for my husband. I have not told him that I took his Christmas gifts across the water and did not return with them LOL. It been a few years now so I need to get them soon before he find out. (SMILE).
I have to admit, I thoroughly enjoyed this show. Initially when it aired in the 90's, I overlooked it, only catching a few episodes every once in a while. I took the time and watched all Season 1 episodes and loved each one. I plan to purchase Season 2 in the near future.

This show definately shows just how Jamie Foxx is multi-talented. The character's in the show could not have been selected better. Braxton P. Hard.... however you spell it... is as funny as you can get, playing the role of the educated and well mannered black guy. The aunt and uncle accentuate each other, as Junior is as unclassy as the aunt is classy. Fancy is a great love interest, as she is funny, beautiful and a great actress. Jamie Foxx, without question, did a good job on this show. The only problem that I have with the show is that they are taking to long to release the other seasons on DVD!!! What is up with that?
Package finally arrived after some issues with ups. Packaging looked fine but inside DVD case received some damage. Possibly from packaged being chucked around during travel. bits of broken plastic pieces fell out once I removed shrink wrap from DVD case. Hopefully DVDs are okay. Will check back if not.
