‘Printed and bound in Great Britain’

From the back cover:

📚 ‘Fanny Price is one of nine children and comes from a poor family.
So when a rich relative offers to take her in her parents quickly agree.

But money doesn’t bring happiness, and Fanny struggles to settle into her new home. Her only relief is her new friend Edmund.

As she grows up, Fanny realises how much Edmund means to her.
But will he ever see her as more than a timid young girl?

A fresh and funny illustrated retelling of Jane Austen's famous story.’

Measuring around 13 cm x 20.25 cm, the thick, lilac coloured board cover is lightly textured, with the title in a fresh green shade that follows through to the inside cover pages, front & back.
Inside are around 245 reasonable quality, numbered (for the best part), matte finish pages, split into 28 chapters. The black text is a good size throughout and is interspersed with black & white illustrations.
It begins with a short, one-page intro re the book ‘Mansfield Park’, first published in 1814, then 3 pages introduce the MAIN CHARACTERS.

Ending on page 225, a note follows from both Ayisha & Églantine.
‘SO, WHO WAS JANE AUSTEN?’ is up next with brief notes on life in her time.

A double page spread of the other 5 titles currently available winds up the book with a couple of blank pages at the very end.
