I am suffering from bad memory, low energy, very deep sleep with no complete rest and having brain fogs affecting my speech. It gets worse and worse. I'm so impressed with this supplement. It has changed my quality of sleep so much. I can now peacefully fall asleep and stay asleep until I need to get up. I toss and turn less, and can make it through the work day without falling asleep at my desk.
Basically, what it does is stores the cortisol your body produces. Instead of rushing through your bloodstream. Anyone with chronic insomnia should give this a shot.
I usually take one gel cap about 2 hours before bed, then take another about 30 minutes before. Works like a charm. I used to have to take zinc, NAC and magnesium to fall asleep and even then, I'd wake up around 3 am. Now all I need to PS! Will be buying again.

Our 11 year old son has ASD, he used to be very jumpy and uneasy in the mornings for many years. Neurologist prescribed clonidine to be taken at night for staying asleep and 1/4 of it in the morning to achieve calmness

I have suspected for a long time that my husband had high cortisol at night, since we have tried almost everything to get him to sleep and then be able to stay asleep. I stumbled on this supplement where someone’s comments mentioned high cortisol, so I thought, why not? Can’t hurt.

He has been operating on years of severe sleep debt. However, the first night that he took 2 caps (he’s a big guy) along with a supplement called “Sleep Fairy” (also available on Amazon), he was in bed and sleeping before I was! I liken it to an elephant going down after being shot with a tranquilizer gun. :-) This is good thing. It isn’t that fast acting, so don’t worry. He has to take the gel caps before 9:00 pm to be in bed by 11:00. Sounds late, I know, but when someone is used to going to bed at 1:00 or 2:00 am, this is wonderful. They say the hours before midnight are the most precious for sleeping. This is the FIRST thing that has made a significant difference in his sleep and life.

I find it easier to speak in public and can formulate thoughts more quickly, and there's a noticeable difference in finding the words to say what I mean. I recommend them, but make sure you order the soft shell since I find it much more effective than the powdered capsules.
