Worldly Interpretations Not Based On Biblical Facts.
Verified purchase
Shows a weak and uncertain Jesus, which is nothing like the Bible describes of Him who is the creator of all things and came from the Father and knew His purpose since the beginning as all things were created by Him. He came into the world, the world was made by Him and yet the world knew Him not. As you can see, the world still knows Him not.

If you want to know the real Jesus than read the word of God untouched and unchanged by worldly men such as these on this program. They are more like skeptics than true believers and are religious at best and false teachers of the devil at worst. Viewer beware!

The experts throw a lot of their own opinions of what they think the disciples and persons from the bible were thinking and claimed that Jesus was originally a disciple of John the Baptist, many other inaccuracies and speculation that they treated as fact, though they were not biblical. Use discernment if you decide to watch this, don't take it as gospel. Many instances they throw doubt on the truth of parts of the gospel. Man's history seems to be of greater value to them than the Bible.

This is a terrible documentary. I don’t even know what the purpose is. The purpose should be to let people know more about Jesus and help them growth in their faith, but this documentary is presented in a skeptical way. Shows a weak Jesus that didn’t know his purpose in life and was a disciple of John the Baptist. I didn’t even finish watching it. Don’t waste your time.

Jesus was a socialist. Who knew?

A few red flags for me. A Pastor from Rev Jeremiah Wright's Chicago church. Jesus mentioned as a "revolutionary" numerous times. Even a scene where Jesus overturns a Banker's table during Passover. I was waiting for a comparison of Jesus to Che Guevara at some point. This was basically Jesus as a socialist So take it with a big grain of salt. But acting was good and production value was very good. So I gave it a 3 star.

Well done.

I enjoyed this series very much with the family. A couple of different views on things like siblings, Judas and they were obvoius not to blame certain religious heads over and over and made sure it was all on Pilate completely, which is fine.
I get it, they felt they needed to be socially correct. However, still nicely done.

I loved it. Even if you think you know about him, you’ll learn some more. Uplifting and positive.
