About Jonathan Ferrar
Jonathan Ferrar is a globally respected speaker, author, influencer and business adviser in HR strategy and people analytics. He has worked in corporate business for over 25 years for companies like Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and IBM, where he served as an executive for more than 10 years.
