Wholesome show
Absolutely love this show. No bad language, no sexual innuendos, kids aren't disrespectful to their parents, and there's no violence- basically a 90's Disney show.

Fun for all ages.
You are never to old to watch this show. I'm 63 and I've watched every episode. Looking to watching the new season. This show will bring out your inner child.

Surprisingly well written
I was rather surprised at the quality of this show overall. The writing was actually very good and for a kid show, it was able to pull off multiple simultaneous plot lines without getting tangled or confused with really great pacing. The character development felt natural and logical. i do wish they had gone another season or two with the original trio before having the book move on though because there were so many story seeds they could have followed up on and really fleshed out the world. Definitely has a serious "craft meets charmed" vibe to it and the show would have actually done well as a tv show.

Little did I know?
I began several months ago looking for a show that would interest my 5 year old granddaughter and something her and I could watch together. Little did I know that I would fall in love with this show! It takes me back to my childhood and my interest in mysteries and magic. Thank you for creating something truly magical and wholesome. Please keep the magic coming!

A fine addition to the series
I watch this show with my kids. We love it. Its wholesome fun that models good respectful behavior for kids. And the story line is well written and entertaining.

I was a little hesitant to accept the idea on new protectors. The original cast all played so well together.

Tonight I got to watch the New Protectors Special and the new cast plays well on screen together. The theme and overall feel of the show matches the original. The book is the same. They did not overthink the reboot. Its a solid extension of the original.

We love Just Add Magic, but disappointed about the new protectors
My daughter is 10 and loves Just Add Magic. We've watched every episode more than once over the last few years. Watching Just Add Magic is our little bonding time. My daughter does not like much change so the new story plot totally threw her. She is not happy with the new protectors and the way the storyline changed overnight. No more Mama P, Miss Silvers, Jake, etc....Please don't make this change overnight. My suggestion is that the new protectors go back to Saffron Falls and learn from Kelly, Darby and Hannah, sort of like a training season. In this way, folks will get used to the new protectors and still be able to see the old characters like Jake, Mama P. - there was not even a goodbye.
