The attached photos are what I found when I opened the box. This is supposed to be a book I will have for the duration of my career. Both sides of the book are damaged, the front is completely damaged, so much that I can hardly open the table of contents. The binding is weak and feels like it is about to fall off. The book doesn’t even lay flat.
The box is intact and perfectly fine, so this must have happened prior to transport.
Such a disappointment. Hopefully the company will send me a nice replacement and allow this disaster to be returned. They have good reviews, so this must be a fluke.
