My New Absolute Favorite Romance Movie
Verified purchase
I certainly hope there's a part 2! If there wasn't I would say that one of my favorite romantic movies was ruined by the ending which left me totally hanging, and wanting more, which is exactly what you want if there are multiple episodes. I absolutely fell in love with this movie and so happy it didn't have a cheesy blubbering idiot character like many of them do. If you like clean romantic movies, this is for you!

This is a great story of finding the right person to love and then being betrayed.

I loved the young love portrayed in this story and the conflict presented by an overprotective and controlling parent. I look forward to seeing the resolution in the sequel and how a bridge over such troubled waters is realized and resolved.

As Someone From Franklin...
Verified purchase
I grew up in Franklin, TN and my grandparents still live there. My late stepfather graduated from Belmont. The college is in downtown Nashville and depending on traffic it can take up to an hour to get to the campus. Downtown Nashville is where the live music bars are. The only one that has ever done live music is the Bunganut Pig in downtown Franklin. That downtown is completely wrong though there is a pumpkin festival every year. As someone from there, I was extremely disappointed in the setting of this movie. The plot is decent and I did like the actors but I really wish the people who did the movie had done more research.

Love this movie but leaves one sad!

I love this movie, but despised Molly’s Father; actually made me emotionally ill. I can-not imagine any Father being so controlling and deceitful.
A movie of young love and yes, innocent young love, totally destroyed by a Father who was more concerned with controlling every aspect of his daughter’s life-than unconditionally loving her and letting her live her own life. Seven years lost, WOW-think that says it all.

I kept waiting for the plot.....
Verified purchase
On the positive side, it's a clean movie. Beyond that, I kept waiting for some sort of plot, character development, anything! At one point, I thought, 'Surely it's coming.' Then, I realized I was more than halfway through the movie. I finished with the overall sentiment of, "What was the point of that?" It's also only a Part 1 and ends with a "To be continued,", so if you're looking for any resolution to what little bit of a plot there is, you won't get it by the end.

Great acting, great love story. Love brought them together and love sustained them until they could give something back to the community that brought them together.

First Hallmark type movie my husband has ever sit through! When it ended with "to be continued" he felt robbed and so did I. Sure hope there will be a part 2 and he said there better be!
