Sweet, swoony alien romance with some light danger

I really enjoyed Suzanne and Kiohzi’s story. The story included witty dialogue, three dimensional characters, and an engaging storyline. Suzanne is a human woman who agrees to go on a space cruise with her three sisters in order to shake off the end of her loveless marriage. Kiohzi is an alien who has lost his fated mate and is shocked to discover that Suzanne is his second fated mate. However, she is not interested in another relationship so she avoids Kiozhi after one hot night together. But everything changes when an excursion shuttle crashes on a hostile planet. They are forced to spend time together and rely on each other to stay alive. The story included sweet moments, steamy scenes, quirky characters, light danger, good world building, and love. I am looking forward to reading more in this series.

Kiozhi joins Nazhin and Tazhio as the most recent books in this series about aliens who find their Earth mates. Kiozhi is a Kirenai male who is alone now that his mate has passed away. He doesn’t expect to find another as it is not part of their culture. So, life for him has become a series of casual hookups and depressing day-to-day activities. Then he encounters Suzanne, and an irrefutable biological bodily response tells him he has a new mate! But they are heading for a true crash landing where they must support each other to stay alive. I liked the way each suddenly adjusts and even with grown children (high school pregnancies/marriage) Suzanne sees that she can still have a full life. The book was exciting, sexy and the characters were nicely developed. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of the book.

This was a great addition to a amazing series. Loved the way the storyline flows and how the characters interact together. There is lots of adventure and some sweet steamy moments. Great from start to finish. Excited for the next adventure.

I liked Suzanne. While she was gun-shy about long term commitments, she was open to experiencing all that life had to offer. In Kiozhi, she found someone to laugh and love, share sorrow and pain, but also enjoy all that comes their way.

This story is about Suzanne and Kiozhi and their adventure after they crashed on the Singing Planet. It's a fun story with carnivorous plants, very large centipedes, and finding the rest of the survivors. I received an Arc and voluntarily left a review.

It is very rare for Kirenai to find more than one mate. Kiozhi’s mate died very suddenly and he has been struggling with depression since losing her. Now his body is reacting to Suzanne! Kiozhi is thrilled and pursues her. But Suzanne is not interested in jumping into a new relationship.

Kiozhi finds out Suzanne is going on the excursion to the Singing Planet, and grabs a seat on the shuttle. When they crash, they help each other as they try to survive unfamiliar hazards in an alien environment.

Then Suzanne disappears! Buy a copy and find out why in this entertaining series.

Our heroine is determined to have fun, nothing serious, definitely doesn't want a relationship,absolutely no mate.
Despite this she's on an intergalactic dating cruise.
Stranded in an hostile planet, with a male she doesn't want to mate, faced with a daunting choice.

Can Suzanne and Kiozhi find their way to happiness, despite their differences, or will everything fall apart for them.

This is book 6 in the series and whilst all the books can be read as standalones, there is no doubt that they're better read as the series.
