Quality fabulous, customer service very responsive

I have been looking for a duvet cover that has a high quality sheet-like feel to it. I like the coolness of this material. When this duvet arrived, I was really impressed with the quality of the cotton. The zipper is sturdy and looks like it will wear well for years. The ties in the corners were a surprise - I'd missed them in the description - and they're really well done. I don't usually write reviews, but to be honest, I've returned duvets to brick and mortar shops as well as Amazon because they just weren't well made, or the zippers were weak, or the threadcount read 400 but felt like 200...I am absolutely thrilled with this cover. It's everything I hoped to find and I look forward to the crisp, cool look of it for years to come. Initially I had a couple of questions about it and I emailed the contact off Amazon only to find answers in my email within a day. I found customer service to be very responsive. I was very impressed.

I bought the same product, I bought a king and a queen. The king was not soft and felt really rough compared to the queen. The queen was absolutely soft. You can tell that both of the duvet covers were completely made of two different material.

More likely a 200 thread count with 3-ply threads. Washed on delicate cycle and dried on low, and there’s a huge snag right in the middle. And the thread hanging off the duvet cover is a good size, not fine at all. There is also a small hole at the base of the snag, so if I cut it off, I assume the whole thing will just start to unravel.

It’s also extremely scratchy. I know that cotton gets softer with use. I have always gotten cotton sheets and duvet covers. I’m very aware of how they start out scratchy, but I can assure you. This one is never going to be as soft as some of my less expensive duvet covers.

Super disappointed. Not even sure if good quality cotton is available on Amazon at this point.

Ok this is exactly what we needed but here’s the thing, buy the white one. I tried to get a color and the colors of the duvets were shockingly off from the pictures. The silver gray looks slightly green and appeared almost sea foam in our bedroom. The taupe color looks yellow in the picture but was a medium true brown and very blah, and the gray is lighter than the picture (which is actually good in my opinion). The colored duvets were definitely not as soft as the white one and had more quality issues as well. I ended up with the white and I couldn’t be happier. It is actually large enough to fit our comforter that actually covers our king mattress. The cotton is soft and the hair from our dogs doesn’t cling to it the way it clings to other fabrics like microfiber. The seller was good about accepting my returns and refunding me for the attempt at a color duvet cover. Take my advice, buy this but buy it in white.

Finally, a cotton duvet cover for a king bed that doesn't look undersized! This was a great deal for the price: corner ties to keep the stuffing in place, a quality zipper, nice cotton that is not flimsy or limp (i don't know what people are complaining about with roughness, it's just regular cotton - maybe they're looking for sateen?), it has a good thickness (not paper thin) and BEST OF ALL: it hangs down the sides of one's mattress so you don't see the sheet or the top of the bed skirt underneath. I need to buy another one as a spare. This was a home run!

This cover is really nice and good quality! The white is a clean and crisp white, not cream at all. I put 5 stars for warmth, but it’s light weight and breathable. It’s soft and the zipper seems durable. My only small complaints are that it doesn’t come with shams, I wish it had an extra tie on each side for the oversized king so it would be a little easier to fluff out, and it’s impossible to dry without it balling up and becoming terribly wrinkly. I have an 8.8 cu-ft dryer that’s plenty big enough for it, but I can’t keep this thing from tying itself in a knot while it’s in there and the wrinkles don’t smooth out after being on the bed for a while. So if that’s gonna be an issue for you, stay away from 100% cotton.

Turned out much better than I expected it would! I never write reviews, but since I so unsure about this purchase I thought I would write one in the hopes it might help someone else. In short, the cotton fabric is pretty soft and definitely very comfy. The size fit works great for my California king size comforter (I bought this duvet in the oversized king size and think it would also snuggly fit an oversized king comforter as well). I washed it as soon as I got it and it did perfect in the washer and dryer. There’s a nice sturdy zipper as well that seems like it’s going to hold up plus the ties on the inside that will keep the comforter insert in place. Overall really love this duvet and how cozy it has made our bed! Would definitely purchase again!
