I have never posted a review for anything; this one demands my love and respect!

Nick Kroll consistently makes me laugh through every episode I've seen. There are so many things to notice in almost every frame that my son and I often rewind just to savor an expression or line-interpretation. My son will notice one thing, and I'll notice another. High re-watch value. You will *not* catch everything the first time.

Just check out these highlights for a taste of the Kroll buffet: "Sex and the City for Guys", "Rich Dicks", the Liz's, and Bobby Bottleservice, a wicked send-up of one of those Jersey Shore guys. I love every character except Dr. Armond who is a little too expressionless and monotonous in tone, but my goodness, *every* other character Kroll does is priceless. Overall, a beautiful mix of Chappelle and Mr. Show topped off with the Kroll touch on memorable characters. In addition to Kroll, you get a wonderful group of comic actors; Jenny Slate and Jon Daly are my favorites. I love John Mulaney, too, as "George St. Geeglund."

It's an OK show, I'm familiar with a lot of the characters from the Comedy Bang Bang podcast so it's nice to see them fleshed out a bit. I do like that there are character arcs over the course of a season rather than just one-off sketches, but doing it that way tends to push the show to have the same characters on every episode with little variation. I enjoy the group of comedians showcased.

Mixed bag of laughs, you will laugh as well as ponder if the yogurt in the back of the fridge is still good in the same show.

Mildly funny show, as with most skit shows it can suddenly become brilliant funny and then get stopped dead in its tracks with painfully bad and drawn out jokes. The show has comedy genius moments, but has just as man comedy turd skits mixed with a healthy portion of comedy 'that's kind of funny ' skits.

I had the feeling more then once that some of the characters were demo tapes for sit coms.

Love the way the characters are connected between sketches.

Very creative tie ins between the fictional characters and sketches. It gives the show a unique rhythm that is unpredictable or otherwise keeps you on your toes if certain sketches are not so great.

Maybe it gets better, maybe lampooning the current MTV craze by simply imitating it is funny to you. The kroll show comes off as unintelligent criticism of unintelligent t.v.
