Three of the brightest stars of Regency romance invite you to a party at the country home of the Honourable Marquess of Finchley . . .
If you loved Bridgerton, this is a party you won't want to miss!
Hugh Dunne, the Earl of Briarly, needs a wife - so his sister hands him a list of the very best young ladies on the market. And then, because he refuses to tear himself away from the stables where he trains Arabian racehorses, she invites all those ladies to a house party, along with some other bachelors, of course.
So who will Hugh choose? The Botticelli-esque, enchanting Gwendolyn? The outspoken, delightful Katherine? If he doesn't work fast, he'll lose those ladies to his closest friends, and then where will he look for a wife? Perhaps, just perhaps, toward a lady who's not on a market at all, and would require a great deal of persuading . . .
Step into the glittering world of Regency and prepare to have your hearts warmed by Julia Quinn, Eloisa James and Connie Brockway . . .

About the authors
New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Connie Brockway has received starred reviews from both Publishers Weekly and the Library Journal which named My Seduction as one of 2004's top ten romances.
An eight time finalist for Romance Writers of America prestigious RITA award, Brockway has twice been its recipient, for My Dearest Enemy and The Bridal Season. In 2006 Connie wrote her first women's contemporary HOT DISH, which won critical raves.
Today Brockway lives in Minnesota with her husband, a family physician, and two spoiled mutts.
#1 New York Times bestselling author Julia Quinn loves to dispel the myth that smart women don't read (or write) romance, and in 2001 she did so in grand fashion, appearing on the game show The Weakest Link and walking away with the $79,000 jackpot. She displayed a decided lack of knowledge about baseball, country music, and plush toys, but she is proud to say that she aced all things British and literary, answered all of her history and geography questions correctly, and knew that there was a Da Vinci long before there was a code. Ms. Quinn is one of only sixteen members of Romance Writers of America's Hall of Fame, her books have been translated into 29 languages, and she currently lives with her family in the Pacific Northwest.
Eloisa James is a New York Times bestselling author and professor of English literature who lives with her family in New York, but can sometimes be found in Paris or Italy. She is the mother of two and, in a particularly delicious irony for a romance writer, is married to a genuine Italian knight.

I've given it three stars simply because I did finish it, and parts did make me laugh, but if the book had been stolen from me halfway through, I don't think I would have bothered buying a new copy.
The problem is, that there are simply too many heroes and heroines, and they all need to have their happy ending. But they each have so few pages, that there isn't time for you to get to know these characters or feel any kind of interest or sympathy towards them. They fall in love at first sight or are already in love when their part of the story begins. There's no drama, no conflict or villains, and it's all just a bit... boring.
As written above, I like the idea, but I think it would have been better done over three separate books.
