5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for little ones!
Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2022
I've always loved reading Dr. Seuss books to my 3 sons growing up and now I can do this again with our granddaughter who is 1.5yrs old. Reading books I find that you have to read with some enthusiasm to gain interest of who you are reading too. She's is just now loving books and she brings them to you so we can read them. I chose a few smaller board books that were a perfect size for her little hands and fit in her lap and we read them together. To make the book more enjoyable, I found and purchased a small matching plush that matches the character in the book. I've done this with a few other books for her and she seems to enjoy the book moreso while holding the character. Some of these books are tongue twisters so I practiced reading this book a few times over and over so I could get it just right and when I read it to her I show facial expressions and bring her little plush into the reading so he can understand a bit more. She laughs when we read it's really sweet.
