Stupid parents even for a horror movie

I could hardly bear the stupidity of the parents in this movie. it was nice seeing Danny Trejo in yet another film. However, the movie was just crap. The Llorona wasn't creepy like the other Llorona movie. This was more like a B movie. I felt as though I wasted my money watching this movie. It is just one stupid move by the parents, especially the father, after another.

If you are interested in the La Llorona myth/tale, this film covers it. I was looking for a specific title and this cover resembles the other very closely. I lived in Tucson, AZ for many tears and heard many different stories. This is up there with the New Jersey Devil and other North American myths. Enjoyed.
