About Linda Easthouse
Linda Orr Easthouse has been an internationally certified Natural Bioenergetics (NB) professional for the past ten years, as well as being an NB Instructor and a certified Matrix Energetics player.
She is delighted to be the author/editor of The Gift of Hope. Natural Bioenergetic specialists and their clients share stories of hope.
Having personally benefited greatly from what she learned in the field, and having helped many others to achieve healthier and happier lifestyles through private healing sessions and her published writing and teaching, as well as the lectures she has given for corporate and non-profit groups on stress management and nutrition as a solution to stress, Easthouse found herself motivated to expand the reach of what she has to offer.
As a contributing author, she began sharing her wisdom through the NaturalHealthCare.ca book. She launched her own book Pushing the Reset Button: The busy professional's guide to a healthy lifestyle you will love. Contact Linda to get your free journal to accompany Pushing the Reset Button.

NB is a gentle, holistic therapy that addresses physical trauma and incorporates emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Our bodies have an innate ability to sustain themselves; but pain, stress, and other conditions can cause an imbalance. As you will read in these stories, NB uses “muscle monitoring” to access information from a person’s subconscious mind so the NB practitioner understands how to rebalance the person’s health and well-being.
You will start feeling hopeful about your own health or that of a loved one as you read what can be achieved through NB and see areas where it could help improve your well-being. The book includes a primer, explaining the tools and techniques used in NB and what people can expect from the sessions.
If there were 20 people contributing, the editor would be happy. More than 70 did.
They worked with the suggested themes of career, finances and relationships—and were asked to keep entries to 200 words or less. (More difficult than it sounds.) They embraced the challenge to provide readers with mini-doses of inspiration—whether read in one sitting or one before bed each night.
They submitted their pieces within a tight timeline. They took part in a two-hour editing marathon and watched as their writing was reviewed and polished to shine brighter.
They cheered with every update and marveled at their own ability.
These authors are success stories in themselves.
Now we share with you the results of that weekend: the inspirational essays, narratives and insights about success in relationships, career, finances and life. Our intention is this book will empower and uplift you, too, to be your better self and let your success shine.

Linda Easthouse spells out all the dos and don'ts of this modern society for you in simple, easy-to-understand terms, sharing with you her extensive knowledge of everything from toxins that are lurking in our cupboards and medicine cabinets, which we should replace with healthier choices, to delicious foods we have been brainwashed into rejecting that are actually good for us! She lays out a plan to de-stress your day and put you back in control of your life.
The plan was originally designed for professional women, stressed by the demands of work and family. These women were looking for healthy alternatives without using drugs or medications.
