The size and shape of the bulb is nice and looks are good when it works. The 2 out of 6 died after few night which makes me think the quality and longevity of this item might not be so great. The brightness is not bad but not what you would expect from the led bulb with this brightness and temperature. I am hoping the seller might contact me and replace those 2 units as i was only able to use them couple nights.

After refusing to spend $10+ each on GE Edison tubular bulbs, I researched a lot of alternative options and finally settled on these. I couldn't be happier! Zero performance issues, fade is beautifully smooth, and the color temperature is balanced and accurate between each bulb. I have an 8-point starburst chandelier in the dining room that looks stellar with these long tube bulbs.

I highly recommend these not only for the price but for the value and quality. Looks great even during the day with no power, the amber hue glass is just awesome!

Base-to-glass alignment is the only issue

Pros: They're bright, they dim well, and they're a perfect fit for our frosted-cylinder bathroom lights

Cons: The base-to-glass alignment isn't perfectly vertical, so they tilt when they're screwed into a socket, and the bases should be nickel-plated

Pro tip: Test all LED bulbs with a continuity tester before you turn them on. While I haven't run into any issues with bulbs like this, other people have. The fact that these aren't vertically aligned means that there's a lot of manual labor involved in their assembly, and if the wires inside the base are crossed or twisted as they're assembled, they will spark or explode when they're lit, and the collateral damage will be more expensive than a $12 continuity tester.

So far I like these bulbs. Only needed 3 but it was a good price for six and I now have three spares. They are a bright warm color and run cool. One was for a display cabinet that could only take a 40w filament bulb due to the heat and was always a bit dark, but now I have a 60w equivalent and the display is much brighter. The only unknown is how long they will last and only time will tell on that one, but I am currently very happy with the purchase.

1) perfect color light ( not blue not yellow)
2) they don’t emit a lot of heat
3) they are dimmable ( you will definitely want them on a dimmer switch bc they are a bit bright in full blast

Not as 'warm' as the incandescent bulbs they replaced

My kitchen light needs 4 bulbs and the incandescent bulbs started to go after 6 years so I thought I'd go with LED for more energy efficiency and hopefully longevity. Replaced them last night and first off they are whiter than the old bulbs, it's possible that the old ones faded and yellowed over the years but they were supposed to be 2700K as the LED's are, but there is definitely a colour change.
The new bulbs also get brighter than the old bulbs and are working perfectly with my Leviton sliding dimmer, no flicker or buzzing whatsoever.
I do kind of miss the warmer light but am now starting the appreciate the whiter light and am overall very happy with these

I'm not unhappy with them, but I think LED lamps are generally quite variable in the quality of light they produce. In my bathroom fixtures, for which I bought them, they don't show colors realistically - not suitable for putting on makeup.
