Ultimately, I would still recommend this book. I understand that the original ending may be scary for most children. Hope this review is helpfully.
But thankfully saying the same thing in as many different ways as is creatively possible is task I enjoy figuring out.
Great reads in any language... and then add it into a classroom setting and you find the break from the monotony of textbook and lecture and notes that the kids will adore and relish.
Even in the high school range, these books really offer a great tool for reaching your students or kids.
