First day I used this camera the image quality was acceptable. Nothing like advertised, but I didn't care so much. Next day I used the camera, the image quality degraded significantly. I couldn't figure out why. I changed the lighting. I tried manual focus. Even installed Logitech's camera app (though I firmly believe that no product should require bloatware to function.) Nothing would correct the INCREDIBLE blurriness.
Finally I figured it out. The camera only focuses on faces within 1.5 ft of the lens. Once your face is 1.55 feet away, the focus goes to crap and nothing (that I've tried) will recover it. I've never liked working with my nose to the screen. I use a sit/stand desk and my face is always ~ 2 ft from the screen.
This camera is overrated, and I don't appreciate my time being wasted troubleshooting something that is priced to work out of the box.

To start with, I ordered a C920S (look at the review item) and the seller sent me the C920e. I do not have time to wait for a return / refund / rebuy, so I am stuck with it. I think it's terrible that sellers do this.Technically: Control of the camera is terrible via the downloadable software. Noisy camera picture, bad color / sharpness / contrast control. Not worth $63.55 I paid for it.
