The second story I've read is "Touched by Maen Llia", written by another one of my favorite authors, Tracy Cooper-Posey. This story takes place during the fabled time of Camelot, King Arthur, and Merlin, and is based on a real single henge stone located in Wales, which in this story, has a very interesting legend. The heroine, Catrin, is a bastard with a backbone, and knowledge acquired by reading and listening and is a servant to her queen. The hero, Marcus, is sworn to serve King Arthur. These two first met at the stone and what occurs from there, I'm not saying. I will say there is attraction, treachery, death, saving a Kingdom and its people, several revealing eye-opening surprises, all leading to ---- hah, I'm telling. You already have this collection of amazing stories, so be sure and read this one.
*** Reviewing “TIME TRAVEL SUCKS: A TIME WITCH STORY” by Margo Bond Collins ***
Out of work and evicted, Tiffany Steele goes to England for 3 months with her best friend Madeleine Leblanc to visit supposedly haunted religious sites in England for her thesis research. Maddy led her to a well that could reveal their future husbands, even though it was dried up now and looked like a plain hole in the ground. With no plans to ever marry, Tiffany suggested they give the old dried up well a chance, even though it probably no longer had any “magic”. With no instructions, they decided to toss a penny down the hole and offer up a prayer to Saint Milburga, the patron saint of the well. As Maddy took her turn, Tiffany was so intent watching her that she didn’t hear the man come up behind her and whisper, “I am here.” As she spun around, a heavy mist was everywhere and the handsome man was fading into it and was gone. Gray mist, a sexy voice and she was flung back to 1771! What happened? Can she find her way back to Maddy again? Or is this man supposed to be a part of her future? The humor in this story is excellent and it’s a well-paced, easy read to enjoy.
The story is a sweet and charming story. It drew me in and made me so very intrigued. I am curious about Willow and the teapot. It is extremely well written and the characters are stunningly developed. It is a quick but awesome story. I love the chemistry between Swayer and Sabine. It is definitely a fantastic read.

The story begins with a brief summary of the Humber Stone, and I like this addition before beginning the story.
Sabine is a necromancer archeologist and her newest dig is all about a new adventure and challenge, but she didn’t expect it to be in the form of her ex. Sabine’s story is a great read and interesting, as you follow along with her friendship with Willow to her relationship with Sawyer, and the details about her dig adventure.
Willow’s character is one that’s easy to connect to, and I’m looking forward to reading more of her story in Pumpkin Spice And All Things Nice.
Side note: Loved the connection of this world to the Grimalkin Academy. As I started reading I quickly realised that Sabine was a character in This Time Is Trouble, but then more of that storyline came out as I continued to read. The interconnecting worlds is something a Laura Greenwood excels in.
I read Unfortunate Decrees and Iced Coffee: A Story from the Love and Legends Anthology. There is a mystery behind the new archeological dig that Sabine has been assigned to. You get to find out what happened to the teapot that was found in the last dig and disappeared. I am looking forward to learning more about the teapot in the next series. Some good comes out of this dig and there is a HEA at the end.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
