NZinga, what a beautiful name for a beautiful lady. This was well worth the wait, a story about Sassy Seasoned Sisters and a Fione' Aged Brother. The perfect age group for second chances.These kinds of stories are easy to love when there are mature grown folks, who don't have time for game playing.

Both Byron and NZinga are accomplished in their own rights, knowing their worth and what they wanted in this 2nd phase of their life. Byron definitely was all in and the ideal gentleman, as he courted his baby.

This story was fun, cute, and sexy! Such a deep love, 35 yrs. later. The sisterhood with the girlfriends is something all women should experience. Nothing like your girls to have your back and get together just because. Smart, powerful, and educated! Byron had his band of brothers as well, that looked out for each, as they journeyed through life.

Waiting for book 2 in this series. I'm hooked!

Sweet and sensual pleasure is what you'll see resonate as you read the story of Bryon and Nzinga. As a second chance at love, you see that the heart knows it's forever match even when time lapses. But what I love even more about this story is the friendship between Nzinga and her girls. It's a special type of bond to be able to weather the storm with great friends by your side. I also respected the bond Bryon had with his friends as well as his brother. Who doesn't like a man who can express his feelings.

You'll smile seeing how Bryon and Nzinga love story unfolds and you'll root for them as you understand why they deserved a second chance at love.

Great job Sheryl on writing this seasoned couples love story.

Enter Dr. Nzinga Carlyle, pediatrician, recently divorced, and a woman embraced by a great circle of friends. More about them later. After a contentious divorce, Nzinga is determined to get on with her life, and looks forward to attending her thirty-fifth class reunion with her girls. To add to this story, Ms. Lister enhances the storyline with one of the most well-liked tropes of Romancelandia, second-chance love. That brings me to the hero of this story, Byron Walker, retired military officer. Nzinga and Byron’s story is delightful!
One of the highlights of this story is meeting the sassy seasoned sisters, Donna Harper, Private Investigator, Valinda Anderson, Attorney, and Maxine Richardson, Occupational Therapist who complete the quartet of mature ladies. I wonder whose story is next. Byron’s brother Wesley and his wife and the parents of both Nzinga and Byron round out the remaining side characters who help move the storyline along. Byron and Nzinga’s HEA is beautiful!
I enjoyed this story of second-chance love highlighted by “mature” characters, and I recommend LOVE’S SWEET KISS for your reading pleasure.

I am a sucker for reading books that deals with men and women getting a second chance at love. The 1st book in this new series dealth with such topic. I love the theme of the series "SASSY SEASONED SISTERS" and indeed the heroine was one hell of a sassy woman along with her other three friends whom I expect we will be reading about .
Nzinga, such a beautiful and an unusual name. Love the name.
It was a short and sweet romantic story of two mature adults meeting at a reunion and finding love again. As a mature woman I totally enjoyed reading this beautiful love story of second chance at love and was rooting for Byron to be given the chance that he missed out on . Of course I can't wait read more in this sassy series😊😊

This was the most loving, tenderhearted love story I have read in a while. Some people never get to experience that one person their heart craves and fortunately Byron and Nzinga got just such a chance. As teens her parents kept them apart because of the difference in their ages. Now years later following her messy divorce and his never finding a woman to replace her in his heart, they finally solidify their love and have an excellent chance to live together happily ever after. Ms. Lister this story was one straight for the heart. I enjoyed Byron and Nzinga's story immensely!

I love second chances, especially when two people are so deserving as Byron and Nzinga. It would seem that they fell in love when she was in high school and he in college but due to the four year age difference, their parents fore bade them from dating. They went on to have successful careers . She married a lying cheating man, who claimed he did not want children but had a child outside of their marriage. I got the feeling she wanted children. Now in their fifties they meet again and find the attraction is still there and wasted no time in claiming their forever.
I can't help but wonder if their parents had not intervened, would they have found a way to build a life together? :-(
Time waits on no one.

Sheryl Listers does an impressive job of allowing readers to experience true love the second time around from a seasoned couple’s perspective. This tale commands the reader to finish reading it in one sitting and eagerly yearns for the next installment in the series.

Years later after her divorce they met at a class reunion, and felt that same attraction they had in high school. The question was what were they going to do about it, especially since they lived in different cities. Another great love story from Sheryl Lister, can’t wait for the next book in this series. Wonder which one of her friends will be next?
