holy arrogance
I was hoping to see nice houses. Not people full of themselves talking about themselves.

Arrogance and greed fest
I wanted to see what the luxury homes in Sydney look like but I've never seen a greedier, more arrogant bunch of egomaniacal real estate agents who think the world revolves around them. It made my stomach turn. A perfect example of how wealth can corrupt. Ugh. 1 star for D'Leanne who seemed the most down to earth.

FAKE ! FAKE AUCTIONS ! FAKE BUYERS, WORTHLES
First of all, All shows are scripted, this one too.

Kudos to production team. Amazing close up, camera angles, drone footage, lighting, color corrections, sound mixing and fast past editing. Unfortunate that's the only good part.
As for show:
Fake deals, fake suspense, fake interviews, bad performance, fake emotions and as you can see in first and second episode, fake auction with bad performing extras actors.

Let me tell you from personal experience in multiple million dollars deals.
NEVER EVER, a reserved price auction, starts without letting know in advance all bidders that this property has a reserved price. Otherwise why someone like millionaire, would waste his valuable time to bid and then find out in end of auction that this lot is passed.

What a Joke show ...

I assume realtors hired a local company to produce this show as self promotion.

The problem is, you might be a great realtor however you're a bad actor.
Script didn't help simply because all of them tried to act instead of being themselves.
There's why the show feels very very fake not to mention fake auction and fake fights.

ADVISE TO ALL REALTORS: BE YOURSELF AND MAYBE THEN WE SEE SOME QUALITIES WORTH FOLLOWING IN NEXT EPISODES.

Can't give low than a star, but this is -1star show.

Reality TV
This is nothing like the Million Dollar Listing shows we have in the U.S. and if anybody is expecting that, lower your expectations. This is more like Selling Sunset on Netflix. They spend more time talking about Simon's dating life than actually showing homes. I watch these types of shows for the homes, not the people selling them. They don't show actual negotiations on the properties, they just show up to meetings with their clients and say we have an offer or tell another agent that they sold a listing from previous episode. The show doesn't feature any new developments or relationships with developers. I wasn't expecting reality tv show. The trailer is better than the actual show

Admittedly Addictive But...
When I first tuned in, I was somewhat nauseated by the egotistical personalities of Simon and Gavin; however, I kept watching because the homes are beautiful as well as the Sydney scenery and the show is educational regarding the Sydney real estate market. However, it is obvious the show was filmed pre-COVID; therefore, I would be interested to see how these agents and their firms have faired during the pandemic. Also, I wish Simon and Gavin would turn the dial down on their egos. Simon is not a handsome guy but he certainly acts like he is an Adonis! Gavin is a little Napoleon who keeps picking on the primary female agent D'Leanne who is an accomplished agent, older and wiser and a single mother of two! Gavin's behavior is very unbecoming often. Full disclosure, I am anti real estate agents. They are basically used car sales people selling homes instead of used cars.

Mindless
It's crap, but I watched the whole thing so I guess I'm cool with crap. The women weren't bad but the males were just atrocious, materialistic, infantile golddiggers. And the drama was SO contrived and lame. We're supposed to believe that two grown adults got steaming mad because one of them didn't know how to plug in a mouse? Ugh. I expected Selling Sunset but got an SNL skit. They don't even show the houses right, we want to see all the rooms damn it, not just two + the view 10,000 times. I seriously saw the dang bridge and beach water more than the homes.
