This was terrible. I can't believe it had such high ratings. The 18 yr old does not look or act 18. I find it hard to believe that she immediately starts sleeping with the guy who ran into her car and took her to dinner. Then she comes home at 3 am and all her mother says is call me next time. Really? The wife of the man taking pictures of them together. Seriously? She would have barged right in on them. The relationship between the 18 yr old and 33 yr old is creepy and not a good fun, let see what's next kinda creepy. Really sends a bad message to young girls and is really insulting toward woman. I had to turn if off cause it was so fake, cheesy, creeping and unrealistic.

First of all ... I have never even heard of this movie.. It has that USA network kind of feel.. First of all I can relate because when I was 16-18 year old. I had attraction towards much older men. Knowing but not fully aware of the consequences that could erupt from that kind of interaction down the line. So to keep it clean and have my review posted. I will say that every teenage girl from the 1980's-1990's may recall a fantasy of wanting to date and fall in love with an older man. Except that it's illegal if your under 17 years of age and where exactly are the parents..? Before the internet,cellphone's with apps,camera's,wifi and face time. Most high school girls could only dream about "movie stars" and singer's from national recording artist's.. Yes an older man may be a "Dream boat" but more than 20 something or even 35 something ..playing footsy with another woman's husband could create more trouble...like the "Amy Fisher"-Long Island Lolita" case... Or worse the "Alison Gertz" story . All of these young lady's paid a horrible price for messing around with 30-something year old men. I wouldn't do it .... Enjoy your youth,your goals and your education.. This movie was pretty good and every mom should make her teenage daughter watch this movie before leaving home .. Life lesson's..

One of my all time favorite lifetime movies. Definitely give this a shot if you miss the nostalgia of classic lifetime from the 90s early 2000

This might have been an old lifetime movie back in 1996. Cassidy Rae was a gorgeous and talented teenager. If you watch this with your teenage daughter and warn her this could happen to them. But the story was very interesting and great mystery. I recommend it to parents to watch this with their daughters.

I love Lying Eyes. I love the plot, the actor, the actress & the songs. Lying Eyes was the first Lifetime movie that I watched on Lifetime. I am glad that I add it to my collection

I watched it because of the high reviews. It never really developed a quality story line. The surprise ending seemed to be plugged in to meet a high school drama class assignment. I should have passed. So should you.

It passes a false message that teenage girls in high school are easily to be tempted by adult man, it shows the lust and disgust of adult world

Got to love this old school lifetime movie. Used to watch these with my grandma on Sunday’s. It’s a predictable movie but pretty good. Ladies, don’t believe the me and my wife are not together line. If you guys live together, then NO. If you’re separated, still NO. And that girl didn’t have anything better to do then hide out at every location she went to!? Smh
