It was with great anticipation that I bought the 3rd edition Kindle version, as well as the audio version of the 3rd edition. I read it, I listened to it, and was greatly disappointed to find it contained almost no new material, no new ideas. I wanted to hear Karl's thoughts on the new MSP tools available, the different RMM's, the ticketing services (PSA's). But there wasn't any of that there. This isn't a bad book, it's just really almost completely the 2nd edition. I found nothing in here that was of any more use than the 2nd edition. A wasted purchase of a Kindle edition, a wasted audiobook. Even the woman who narrated the 2nd edition was a far better narrator than the guy who did the 3rd edition. I'd ask for my money back if I could!
