About Marcey Heschel

Marcey Heschel is a Canadian mother, writer, and mental health therapist. She is passionate about teaching her children the value of sharing empathy and compassion with others. Her hope is that through her writing, she can share her passion with other children as well. Marcey holds a Master of Arts degree in Counselling as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and English. She and her husband Greg have lived around the globe, and enjoy travelling and learning about new cultures. The Lonely Cloud is Marcey's first children's book but she has been published three times previously in anthologies related to expatriate life and travel. Marcey and her family currently live in Houston, Texas.
