I have hair loss and after reading all the good reviews, I decided to try it. I use it with shampoo and I guess it works. It feels pleasant on my head but I still worry about it pulling out my hairs. One time I did not wash my hair for 3 days and when I used this, it pulled like 20 hairs out. I only use it once a week now because I'm worried it will pull hairs out when my hair is wet and weak, but it does seem to clean my scalp better.
Also I dropped it one time and the handle part chipped and now it is very sharp in that area. For something that is used in the wet and slippery shower, I expected it to be more durable. I have to be careful not to cut/scratch myself whenever I use it now.
