Book is well structured, as it first helps you assess your situation, then build momentum and finally how can you sustain the momentum when the real life challenges comes. As the sub-title suggests, it is really a practical guide with dozens of actionable strategies that can help anyone to buckle up and start designing their life. A very practical motivational book and must read for anyone. Go for it.
Gee, I'm not that lazy, or living in a bubble that others around me haven't already tried this "solution". I was looking for a bit more help then that. But good on him that he wrote and book and especially one that's about motivation and follow-through as per my normal it's taken me just under six months to actually make it around to leaving a poor review, and I'd imagine that's a standard issue.

Things you want to remember you need to write down, you need to be obsessed about until it sticks in your head.
This book has presented so many ideas I want to remember, so much so that I wrote about 13,000 words of things I wanted to remember.
I whole heartedly recommend this book, if you are struggling to find motivation or are lost in your life and need grounding.
