At school, no one looked at Derek Bowyer unless it was to mock him. He was awkward, clumsy and a child cursed with acne.
Years later and school is over and Derek has grown into a fine, handsome man. Now when he walks down the streets, he doesn't get people crossing the road to avoid him, he doesn't get people mocking him or quietly laughing behind his back. They still look but for far different reasons. Men are jealous of him and his model-like looks and seemingly successful life and women want to bed him.
There's more to Derek that meets the eye though. His insides aren't quite wired the same way as other men and, despite the smiles and outwardly friendly personality that he gives off, he hasn't forgotten how people used to treat him. He hasn't forgiven them either and soon, all will regret laughing at him.
Warning: This is a messed-up extreme horror story. It is not for those of a sensitive nature.
Only a handful of divers have descended to the planet's deepest point; the "Challenger Deep" in the Pacific Ocean's Mariana Trench.
Over the last few months a series of earthquakes have been rumbling from deep within the trench. Curious to know why, and the impact they are having, a team of scientists start an expensive expedition down into the depths. Funded by a billionaire - who is going along for the ride in his specially designed submarine - the team head beneath the ocean's choppy waves with the world watching.
Little do they know that 7 miles beneath the ocean's surface, their nightmares await and their world will never be the same again.
From the author of BELOW DECK, Sick B*stards and The Octopus Trilogy:
When Steve Chappo keeps having bad dreams and bouts of terrifying sleep paralysis, his wife - Beth - decides enough is enough and decides to take him away from the stresses of life with a surprise weekend of camping. With a want to get away from everything, she doesn't want to go to a busy campsite but rather go and stay somewhere more remote, where it would just be the two of them. Her hope being that a weekend of romantic walks, snuggling together in their tent and outdoor cooking on the campfire will help his tired brain and finally allow him the opportunity to rest and relax.
With work mounting and pressure from the big bosses, Steve isn't exactly keen to just drop everything and disappear into the wilderness. There's a worry that he won't be able to switch off properly and he'd only be putting himself further behind at work but - when the ghosts that haunt both his dreams and waking hours get louder and closer - he realises a break away from everything could be exactly what is needed and soon the two of them are headed off to the countryside for what they hope to be a peaceful weekend.
Once the tent is erected and the fire is roaring, they think they have found the perfect, romantic spot for their weekend. Little do they know, they're not quite as alone as they'd originally thought. They're being watched. They're being hunted.

Inspired by Matt Shaw's own recent hospital trip and subsequent operation; a new supernatural ghost story.
The operation was relatively straight forward. They said he had a chance of being discharged on the same day but, as a worst case scenario, he should be prepared to spend at least one night on the ward. From the literature they gave him, it all sounded straight forward but he didn't expect to see things in the shadows and nor did he expect to hear the laughter as something unseen toyed with him whenever the dark came. Was he hallucinating due to the pain medication they were giving him or was there something more sinister lurking within the blackest parts of the ward's many, many shadows?

Billy Smith wasn't going to leave his wife, and certainly not for a whore. He had things "good" at home and had things "better" with being able to see Sherry whenever he wanted, and not be billed. Billy had the perfect life. Until, that is, he heads home after spending the evening with Sherry and sees his wife isn't there.
There's no communication from her, other than a text asking where HE is, and he can't reach her on the phone. She had simply disappeared. Just as Billy is about to call the police, he receives a mysterious package. Within the packet? There is a letter detailing how they know of Billy's affair. There is also his wife's severed tongue. If Billy wants the rest of his wife back, and to find out who did it and why, he needs to follow the trail of clues to each hidden package.
When Jamie Lee arrives at the rented accommodation (her usual spot) to engage in a dirty weekend with the man she is seeing behind her husband's back, she hears the house phone is ringing. As it rings and rings and rings, she wonders if it might be Michael calling her. Perhaps to tell her that he is stuck in traffic and running late? Maybe he isn't coming? Something could have come up with his own family? With her mind in overdrive, not stopping to wonder how he even had the house number and why he didn't even call her mobile, she answers the phone...
It will be the last call she ever hears.
Warning: there are potentially upsetting scenes within this book. If you are easily offended, please do not read.
When author Matt Shaw was about six years old, he found himself stranded by the side of the road after his dad's car broke down. In the countryside, the family played in the fields whilst they waited for help to come and it was here that Matt's father told him about BUNNY KONG. Roughly thirty-four years later, Matt Shaw decided to build upon his father's story...
Taking the popular stories from the Bible and giving them a horror twist; this book is not intended to be used as a way of preaching your beliefs. God would probably frown down upon such usage, but if you wanted to put your feet up and chuckle along with some dark humour then - God would surely approve.
For fans of the original book, this isn't for you. You won't like this. Don't read it. Don't be mad at me for writing it though because, if you think about it, I am still getting the important stories out there. Kind of.
A group of teenagers meet up in the woods, ready to tell camp-stories to a fellow (new) classmate. By the end of the night, the listening classmate has to decide which of the stories she has heard is "real", as opposed to just made up to try and scare her. The problem is, in this cruel world we live in, the "real" story really could be any of them...
Is she prepared for the truth?
Halloween is A collection of short stories, tied together with a central storyline.
When Amber met him, she was a struggling artist on the bottom rung of the ladder. He was at the top of his game and adored by millions. In an ill-advised relationship, Amber used him to further her own career and popularity. When she had got all she could from him, she chewed him up and spat him out.
Amber told all who would listen how she lived in fear of him. She revealed how he regularly beat her and pushed her around. Her imagination had no limits when it came to the lies she'd spit forward. While some people refused to believe her, others sided with her and turned their back on the man they once loved. But, from all those who heard her, one man decided to step forward and show her what it was really like to live in fear from someone.

Since its conception in 2018, The Horror Collection series has been a firm favourite amongst global horror readers.
The Extreme Edition is the unruly weirdo in the family who has no filter. The one that all the good crass, uncomfortable and disturbing stories come from — you wouldn’t trust them alone with your wife or kid! Hell, you don’t exactly want to be caught up alone with them yourself! This one has no boundaries. It’s the social anarchist of the relatively straight-laced bunch — that’s even with the freaky bizarro cousin interwoven through the books.
If you always wish for that bit more gratuitous sex and violence, this book is for you.
