Great customer service!

The ONLY reason I gave this 4 stars was bc I was a little bummed at the quality when I took my first trip with. I did fly Delta (worst airline ever) and they are always ridiculous with handling luggage so I mostly blame Delta. However, the customer service was second to none when I emailed to let them know the issue. Quick response and to me went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Customer service is what makes a product stand out from the rest whether it be good or bad and the service I received was just wonderful. I just took another trip with the smaller size one and no issues whatsoever.

I did a lot of research to find a nice set of luggage for a great price. This is a great looking set, I love the green color and it is just as pictured! It is lightweight with spin wheels. It looks and feels sturdy and I will see how sturdy it is once I use it when going on vacation over the Christmas holiday. The only reason I rated this a 4 out of 5 is because the interior is a lightweight vinyl instead of cloth material. The interior looks and feels cheap and I will need to avoid packing any sharp objects because it looks like it would rip easily.

The suitcases are lightweight and come as advertised. I have taken two trips with them, one via airlines and one road trip. They are holding up well, with one exception. The zipper on the lining on was has come apart and will not close right. This just happened on the second trip. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

I used this 1 time in travel even before I left my home the wheels were a struggle to get them to move. The first time it was loaded on the airplane and made the direct flight so only 1 plane the large one will hardly stand up on all 4 wheels and it is an even bigger struggle to make it roll, I have to pull it on 2 wheels. What was the point of spending more money to get one that rolls on 4 so disappointed.

I love the color. The pieces roll easily on the wheels. It's lightweight as well. However, I give this three stars because on my very first trip with this luggage I had to check one of the pieces due to overbooking the plane and it came back dented in two spots. It's not very durable.

Inside liner broke after first trip

Zipper on the inside liner is broken after one use. Attempted to submit for a return but it doesn’t give an end date of a return period like it usually does, just says no items in this order are returnable. But when viewing the item it says returnable and exchangeable.

The color is also not a match for what was in the picture. The red has a pinkish/magenta undertone.
