Like the story lime but...

Have read them all as the first set got me hooked. But the longer you read the more inconsistencies you see and small lacking continuity scenes.

Admired Mercy at first but she starts to spiral into a little brat throwing temper tantrums left and right. Can't imagine anyone putting up with her. She literally has temper tantrums almost every scene... kicking, punching, throwing, and breaking things. Sometimes you hope the bad guys finish her off.

I only got these books because I actually enjoy the story line. What I can't get over is the total lack of editing. Incorrect punctuation, words missing on every page and extra words on every page also. I've never read any book this bad in that respect. The whole series is like that. Sometimes it would take a few reads for me to figure out what was supposed to be happening. I don't plan to follow this author.

Great story line. I recommend reading the whole series. It has a great plot, fantastic character development, friendship dynamics are amazing. Anyone who likes fantasy will like these books. Ciara Graves has created a well developed, truly fascinating world for her readers to enjoy.
