What is Mighty Patch Original?
It’s a gentle acne patch that improves the look of blemishes overnight – without hurting your skin. Made of 100% pure medical-grade hydrocolloid, a natural fluid-absorbing gel, to absorb pimple gunk and protect your pimple while it’s healing.
What pimples does it work best on?
Mighty Patch is perfect for whiteheads (the “poppable” kind of pimple). Leave it on overnight for best results. Not recommended for cystic pimples or blackheads – speak with your doctor or dermatologist for more options.
What else do I need to know?

How to use Mighty Patch for best results

1. Prep the pimple.First, identify the right type of zit — Mighty Patch works best on whiteheads. Cleanse the skin and let it dry. (If you have very dry skin, you may want to apply moisturizer and let it dry completely for up to 30 minutes). |
2. Stick the patch on.Press lightly for 5 seconds to make sure the acne patch is sticking securely, especially around the outer edges. Apply only to dry skin. |
3. Take it off after 6+ hours.Let the patch work its magic for 6 hours or overnight (no more than 10 hours). Peel it off and moisturize the area. |
4. Repeat if needed.Depending on the size and stage of the whitehead, you might need to use another patch to pull out more gunk. That’s normal! Grab a fresh Mighty Patch and repeat from step 1. |

Giant burn mark on my face, ignored by customer service

Seemed great at first. Worked on a few blemishes I had. Until the third day using them: I went to sleep with a small white head, covered with a mighty patch, and woke up to this. A giant red mark in the exact size and shape of the patch. The pimple was still there. It’s been two weeks and the spot has barely faded. I contacted the company and gave them time to reimburse or remedy the situation before posting these photos, and they never got back to me. So, be warned: if you don’t like having giant marks that look like someone burned you with a cigar on your face, don’t buy a mighty patch.

I do not claim to understand the science behind this tiny miracles, but they have changed my life. I spent my workday looking forward to going home and putting one of these bad boys on my newly erupted Mt. Zit and the overnight results were Shocking. Not only is it grossly satisfying, but it saved me several days of walking around with a bloody crater in my face because my previous method of dealing with unsightly blemishes was to pick pick pick.

These are perfect. At the first sign of one I put one of these on it and just leave it there as long as I can. If it gets puffed up I remove it and put a new one on, otherwise I just try to leave it to fall off naturally. These are great, they are not as likely to make me start itching because they only cover a small area. They smooth it over and I can not pick at it. Plus keeping it moist I and not form a big crust seems to be helping them heal up.
I have scars from these dumb things and I feel like finally I have found something to prevent new ones from getting bad enough to scar.
I highly recommend these for any kind of little sore you might have, that you want to leave alone so it can heal up.

I do not get pimples anymore but get these little eczema type sores on my arms. They turn into a crusty spot that just never heals. Then they dry out and get irritated and it's an endless cycle. Plus it's so tempting to keep touching it. I tried some larger bandages like this but they were so big that I did not like having such a large area of my skin covered.Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2018

Anyway today I woke up with the most squeezable spot, and when I tell you it took ALL of my self control not to squeeze it, I decided to actually put these patches to the test. I had to include pictures as the difference between the picture I took at 8.15 and the one I took at 13.40 when I removed the patch, speaks for it's self. I'm truly shocked with how well it worked!!
Will this stop me from squeezing my spots, probably not...however, if you have actual self control, I would definitely recommend these.
