    I bought this because I needed a cheap receipt printer. The power cord was the wrong type! I had an extra cord to make it work. It's working for now but who knows what else is wrong !
    I'll never shop from these guys again!

    There are several issues that I have encountered with the Milestone Thermal receipt printer. It is currently unusable because of this. The power cord received for this kit is not the right type and does not actually pair with this printer. It is not a standard wall plug but is three-pronged and all sides are flat. The cord received is not for the United States. It also does not pair with the machine. It appears as if it was added as it slips out of the main power bank easily. The machine is designed to use a 100-240V and then the cord added does not fit properly and is 250 volt.
    The USB cord was also bent and I needed to take something and adjust it so that it would fit into my computer inlet. I received a nearly empty roll of thermal tape. I also did not receive instructions. There wasn't any setup help. I am not able to use this machine.
