Great book! Thank you! I bought this because my daughter (first year of college) said she had wanted to read it. She has different workloads in her life with school, work, and being on her own. I thought I’d surprise her, and when I received it, I found myself reading it and trying some of the exercises. Each turn of the page is a simple activity you can do to realign your mind to help with focusing yourself back to a mindset of less worry, stress, and to help be a better you. The book is not a long-wordy self-help book, but rather a book that you can keep with you and use throughout the day to help get back on track mentally. I found myself just flipping open the book and just doing that particular exercise I opened the book to. It only took a few minutes and it made an amazing difference in my day. Later, during my lunch break, I did it again, just flipped open the book and did the 10 minute exercise that it opened to.
This book is not just for teens. This really would be perfect for anyone that feels like they don’t have enough time for themselves and need to get their mindset back on track and face their busy (or not so busy) worlds.

I love this book! I am very much into meditation 🧘‍♀️, focus, balance. My kids always make fun of me for it. With homeschooling now the norm with this quarantine, I decided to teach my kids more than just the basics of Math, English and History. More the things we really need and use in life.
