STOP PAYING HP PRICES!!!

Like everyone else, I had my doubts about a product that is so much cheaper than the one it replaces. But I can tell you with 100% certainty that Miss Deer is the Real Deal!
I have an HP DesignJet T120 24 inch printer that I use to print plans for my construction company. When you are printing 24" x 36" sheets of paper (25 to 30 pages at a time) loaded with text and images, the ink is just pouring out of your cartridges.
Believe me when I tell you, I have actually noticed the amount of money I'm saving. As for the quality, there is absolutely zero difference. This is a high quality ink and my printer spits out pages and pages of detailed drawings with never an issue. The only thing you will notice when you first install a Miss Deer ink cartridge is that you printer will alert you that you have installed a non-HP ink cartridge. Then it will say "press OK to continue".
All you do is press OK and you are on your way to saving money on your printing costs!
There is no doubt in my mind that HP added that little line of code in their machines to scare us into continually buying their OVERPRICED INK!

Cartridges do not work

I unfortunately did not need to change the cartridge until just after the 30 return window. When inserted the cartridges do an initial ink fill of the print head but as the print head prints a page and demands more ink from the cartridge, it doesn't respond resulting in the ink running out and the page being half printed.

I then replaced this brand of cartridge with another brands cartridge and the HP ploter then plotted drawings just fine with no errors or missed lines.

I determined therefore that this must be a cartridge error however i can't return or replace them. This was my first time switching to this brand. Sadly i will not be able to stick with their great prices since they don't work.

The price is great. The ink works great when using black and white prints or simple colour lines etc. For bigger areas of colour, the images distorted with lines in the print as well as the occasional wrong colour printed. eg...If I try to print a yellow image then 7 times out of ten its yellow but sometimes its green.
For the most part its not an issue for me because I mostly use black and white prints but just thought you should know of that glitch.

I've had some bad experiences with OEM brands for this ink jet cartridge. I print large architectural plans and this comes out with the perfect color where needed. Not light or dark in random spots. I've had this problem with other OEM brands. Plus I did not have any error messages that this is not a compatible cartridge. I've wasted a lot of money looking for an affordable ink for this, and I am really pleased.

Still trying to resolve it. It happened before with the same company about one or two years ago, I contacted the company and even though they responded me fast, did not offer a clue for the solution; fortunately, that time just turning of and on several times and disconnecting the electrical cord and changing the cartridge for a new one I resolved it. Now, immediately after changing the yellow cartridge, I got a message on the display that says damaged cartridge or non hp original, and I think the chip on the ink cartridge damaged the print head because it keeps displaying the same message even after installing an original yellow hp cartridge. I'll try to replace the 4 ink cartridges, and reset the PH but now from other company.

We bought a separate ink reservoir set (refillable) with a fill kit, and spent about an hour and a half trying different settings, purges, resets, to get it working and it never did. Then we bought this kit and it worked right away. It was also cheaper than the ink set with the refill kit was (although that one would have had a second refill).

It did say that they were not 1st-party cartridges but that had no effect on the quality of the prints and I think it just makes it so that the fill level is not tracked automatically.

I inadvertently bought these when I had intended to purchase HP cartridges. By the time I opened the shipping box and realized my error, it was beyond the return period, so I gave one cartridge a try because the printer said the black cartridge was completely out. I found that these are NOT AT ALL COMPATIBLE with HP cartridges, even after I followed the manufacturer's instructions. The ink skips horribly and results in an unusable print. Stay away from this product!

Love my HP printers, but the ink prices are crazy. HP does notice that the cartridges are third party and you get a notice, but other than that, works just the same. Great product, phenomenal price.
