Season 1 is better than Season 2
A group of unlikeable people. Not because they are bad or really even unlikeable but because their ability to communicate with each other and the people in their lives is astronomically bad. Seriously, in some scenes the characters are literally left speechless.

Sure, the misunderstandings create the drama, but eventually it reaches farcical levels.

The mystery/missing of the week is hit or miss, but pretty stereotypical and cliched. Absolutely, nothing new. Though, I can't say if its due to the seires' age or lazy writing. Probably the latter given everything else going on.

Season 1 is better than Season 2. In season 2, everyone got dumber. Not to mention bringing in the adversarial, annoying and controlling new boss just for even more cliched drama.

Ok series
“Missing” was ok. While each story/case was interesting it wasn’t deep or complex, it was more on the lighter side, in my opinion. MJ (DC and boss) had a lot of personal drama and I felt for her but she was frustrating at the same time. I liked her friendship with the radio guy. I didn’t care for how she would get angry with her team, especially the guy detective always seem to be mad at him.

terrible
The script and acting were terrible. I couldn't finish the first episode. Don't waste your time, plenty of other stuff out there. The people that gave this a high rating must also like networks shows like Bluebloods, or NCIS. UUUGGGHHHHH

Dreadful
Couldn't get through the first episode of series 1. The acting was wooden, the dialogue awful and their understanding of autism embarrassing.

The personal problems are annoying
The stories about missing persons are interesting. However, the personal problems of MJ are so annoying. One after another and she never stands up to anyone. They walk all over her.

Bad everything
I was very surprised by the horrible acting and writing in this show. Made it hard to get invested in the stories.

Good procedural show
A good policy procedural show. Complex characters and good actors. A fun show on an evening in. Somewhat dated given technology change but only the flip phones seemed jarring.
