About Moritz Knueppel
Moritz Knueppel, an electrical engineer by study, started training and teaching during his university years following a Training for Trainer course held at the ETH in Zurich. He spent multiple years parallel to his studies and delivered soft skills sessions to university student across Europe on topics ranging from self-management to emotional intelligence.
After graduating, he turned turned his acquired skillset into a a Scrum career, starting as a Scrum Master in his native city of Hamburg, Germany. He has been teaching and coaching his teams to peak performance and value delivery.
He has worked in the agile field in a variety of conditions, from employed Scrum Master in a 50 people start up to freelance Agile Coach in a 10,000 employee multinational corporation. Throughout this time, he has kept his passion for delivering trainings and has delivered hundreds of hours of Scrum sessions, many of them pro bono to university students.
Moritz is one of only a handful of people in the world to hold every Scrum.org certification, including PSM III and PSPO III.
