This book is not only solid in its content, but admirably accessible to its intended audience. This really is a book which changes people's lives - at an age when they have the opportunity to make a major positive contribution to our ailing world, and plenty of time to do so.
I gifted this book to a friends daughter and will update this review about her opinion on it.
