Cliched, Ridiculous and too often Gross
Verified purchase
I managed to avoid watching this movie for 17 yrs. I wish I could say it was another 17 yrs but I happened to see some of my favorite stars listed and thought what the heck. With names like Tambor, Richter, Stamp, Labine, Foley and Madsen, I assumed the comedy would be fairly amusing.

I was wrong. What I found was those wonderful actors stuck in a cliched, ridiculous and too often gross movie.

I'm particularly embarrassed on the behalf of Stamp and Madsen. Slapstick and corny can be fun but urinating on people and furniture and drinking sludge just doesn't become them. But oh well, they've put this movie well "behind" them, I'm sure. I'm hopeful I can forget it soon, as well.

I had a few good belly laughs

It's rare for me to have a big ol' belly laugh, but I had a few watching this film.

Do I think it's the best film in the world? No. But for a film to make me laugh out loud, that is a nice rarity for me. There are some outrageous crazy things going on in this film, and some gross stuff ... yet it's hard for me to think poorly of a film that gets me laughing. Some of the antics reminded me of old fashioned slapstick humor ... Keystone Cops, the Three Stooges and the Little Tramp.

So, pull up an easy chair, grab an owl friend, and prepare to watch a film that's a pure hoot.

There is a reason over 50% give 1 and 2 star ratings

My mistake by not checking out the reviews before wasting an hour and a half of my life on this silly, sophomoric movie. It is predictable, juvenile and the only redeeming quality is the cast and the acting. Even the sound on this is bad in places. Don't waste your time. Nothing smart about this movie at all. I didn't laugh ONE SINGLE TIME.

It’s actually pretty darn funny

Great movie! Fun, and outrageously ridiculous, yet somehow remains suspenseful.
That being said, it does rely heavily on Tara Reids charm and Ashton Kutchers-I’m not sure what exactly what? to draw you (and keep you) in. So if your a guy with a tragic illness, and consequently don’t care for Tara Reid, or you’re stiffly analytical, you should probably skip -unless of course you have some fetish for quirky cockamamie sitcoms, then by all means be my guest!
Let loose and enjoy!
Advisory: contains jokes of questionable hilarity.

Let's just say we couldnt finish it. Such a boring movie. We were extremely disappointed. We wanted to watch it for movie night but it turned out being very noisy and pointless. I dont recommend it to anyone.

Wow, Boring in less than 10 minutes

Best result of watching just 10 minutes of this is that it completely confirms that Ashton Kutcher can't act.
