5.0 out of 5 stars Inspiring story no matter what your challenge
By Philip Vecchio on February 7, 2019
I just got this book and it's already been so encouraging to me.

I don't have the same challenges as the Author, but I have had some struggles with learning and school and his struggles were very relatable to me.

Mr. Vendetti tells about the struggles he had in school and life. It comes across in the book so much how he not only overcame his own challenges, but was influential in helping those around him.

His positive energy comes across so thoroughly through his book. The excerpts written by his mother and educators fit like a puzzle piece to provide context and more insights into how he over came.

The part written by Paul Moyland was especially poignant when juxtaposed to the tributes written to him by Louis after his untimely death.

If an Author can bear the burden of the world around them, Louis did that in this book.

This is an excellent Freshman publication with the polish and poise that usually acompany an Author with many books under their belt.

The formatting made it a quick read, but the Narrative is weighty.

While your struggle may not be the same as Mr. Vendetti's, this autobiography is a wonderful tale of overcoming the odds that I needed and I can't recommend highly enough.
