I recently purchased this phone to replace my LG V20 due to battery issues I kept having. I took a hard look at resolution, battery, and the ability of having a headphones jack. This phone checked the boxes. I use my phone mostly to browse the internet, watch videos, and listen to music. Battery life is great. Resolution is great too, I can't tell the difference between the v20 and the lite . I am still trying to set up the device in terms of lighting, notifications. I can't get it to do what I want as the settings are kinda confusing/hard to find. That comes from being an iPhone user for years lol. Anyway, I think as I start to play with the phone more ill start to love it.

I couldn't change over half of the settings let alone even get into those settings. It was from Iran or Iraq and I had a set admin that I could NOT change. So someone else had controll of my phone and everything in it. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!

Seemed like a good deal until there was a problem!! I wouldnt recommend this product bc there is no warranty outside of the 30 days the seller offers. A lot of money to spend for this device that's already broken after a couple months of use! Verizon doesn't cover through their insuance partner Asurion. So this sucks and Im left with a $450 brick! The charge port is connected to the motherboard and has disconnected itself from the board. So it wont charge. I had a note 8 for several years with no issues and then I get this and its already no good! Buyer be ware!

I had Notes and have gladly paid over $1,000 for it. When my phone broke, I was not looking forward to shelling out another 1k for a phone I just finished paying off. I'm so glad I decided to not go through my carrier and bought an unlocked phone. It's absolutely the way to go. Phones crack and break and get outdated quickly. I still use an iPhone 6s for work and it still works fine. So perhaps it's my mentality of not wanting to overpay if I don't have to, but this phone works just fine. It looks good, pretty much functions like my previous note and has a nice size screen. The shell is pretty sweet too. There are enough case choices too. I would say where you may find the compromise is camera quality, which by no means sucks, but if you have these phones for super professional amateur social media star influencer type things, then maybe your few followers would turn their nose up at your choice. Who knows. Also, the battery life is not great by any means, but you can control that with what you choose to use on your phone. Overall, it's great. If you were concerned about buying an unlocked phone on Amazon, I had those doubts too but this was a good buy and I'm going to keep doing this.

All the accessories were there, the box looked new, was the same experience I'd expect with a new phone. My only complaint is it didn't come with a US adapter plug. But I already had a few from my previous galaxy, so that wasn't a big deal. It did come with a case! Yay! And it came with a factory installed screen protector. I bought this to get off the grid with traditional wireless plans. I got Cricket and it was a seemless experience. Works awesome! I'd definitely buy from this seller again.

I've had this phone for a few months using it with straight talk and so far I like it just as well as the note 9 that it replaced after an accident. Also yes this phone will work on Verizon. I don't know why it's not common knowledge at this point but Verizon made a press release last year stating that back in January they started phasing out their cdma network. All new Verizon phones are gsm now and cdma will not work at all after dec 31 2020. Just letting people know, you can look it up if you don't believe me but i assure you its true. Now to the review.

Screen is great, camera is decent. The battery life isn't too bad and gets me through a whole day of streaming music at work, watching YouTube and browsing the internet and leaves me around 20-30 percent at the end of a typical day. Fast charging is good and can charge the phone from dead to 100 in about an hour and a half. The international model here that I ordered does infact come with 8gbs ram and 128gbs storage and is plenty fast for my needs. In the box was the fast charger, usb c cable, wired ear buds, extra tips for the s pen with the removal tool, sim tool and a clear gel case. The only real issue I've had with the phone is the fingerprint sensor not being reliable but the work around I found that works is to add the finger I use the most for unlocking my phone twice when setting it up and haven't had an issue since. I've not used the facial recognition so can't give any feedback there. Overall I'm pleased and have reordered this phone for gifts this xmas.

5. Porting settings, data and apps except secure banking and chat apps over WiFi was effortless with Samsung conversion app.
6. Manually installed banking apps with no problems. WeChat install was effortless, easily ported chat history and contacts. WhatsApp was painful but after several tries over a week ported chat history and contacts. LINE ported contacts but not history...you have only one chance.
7. Screen size and resolution quite nice, battery life is excellent, fingerprint sensor is OK not great, PEN is nice for markups and the occasional electronic signature, camera is quite nice...first rate business tool.
8. Seller would be at the top of my list on any future purchase.

El equipo es justo lo que esperaba y un poco más, en la descripción dice que tiene 6GB de RAM y en realidad es de 8GB, el adaptador de energía fue lo que no me agradó mucho ya que es europeo y trae un convertidor muy feo en color blanco. Antes de la compra leí muchas reseñas en YT y caí en cuenta que son demasiado escandalosas y solo sirven para darte una idea del funcionamiento del producto, ya en mis manos me he dado cuenta de que además de ser un equipo bastante funcional y buen rendimiento encaja a la perfección en mi mano, la batería me dura al menos día y medio, el tamaño de la pantalla y su calidad son buenas así como las fotografías que toma, soporta dos chips y el almacenamiento de 128 Gb con al menos 20 Gb utilizados por el sistema.
Llegó con todos sus aditamentos, dos puntas para el S Pen de repuesto, audífonos con buen sonido marca Samsung nada sobre saliente para eso tengo otros muy buenos, mica transparente de calidad al tacto y que no genera burbujas en la parte trasera del móvil.
¿Cuál es el uso que le doy? Redes sociales, Música (excelente calidad de sonido) streaming, Notas de oficina, agenda, así como fotos de un usuario normal, cumple con todas mis expectativas y lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Del tema de la garantía el vendedor me comentó que tiene 6 meses con ellos y 6 meses en Estados Unidos, en México desafortunadamente directo con Samsung no hay (antes de escribir cualquier reseña o calificación validé directo con Samsung México), espero nunca necesitarla ya que no creo que sea tan transparente al menos en los últimos 6 meses.
El equipo es de emiratos árabes y funcionó sin problema con un chip de telcel, en la caja trae etiquetas de 24 meses de garantía en el país de origen, una lástima que en México no se aplique igual.

I LOVE the look of these phone. The battery is large but it is not good for some reason. It won't even last me a day with very minimal usage and that is not ok. My old note 8 last the whole day with a lot of use. Something has to be wrong with it. It also only has 3G and one of the reasons I bought it is because a couple of people said it will work with freedom mobile at 4G. But it doesn't. That's a game changer for me. I just noticed they gave me a fake S Pen. See my pics. My note4 white, note8 black, their blue pen. No samsung logo. What the heck. Paid 700 for fake stuff? No way.

I'm not really up and up on the whole phone scene, but I was using a 4-year old phone and it was time to upgrade. So i wasn't aware when I purchased the phone that the Note10 Lite is not otherwise sold in Canada...   I saw some reviews talking about whether it comes with the right kind of North American charger / adapter (mine came with an international charger with a North American adapter - the seller was Wireless Experts) but it wasn't until I received it that I understood why - the warranty guide explicitly states that it is for specific markets (Africa/India/Middle East).

I contacted Samsung Canada and they will not honour the warranty for it if anything happens. I contacted the seller and their excuse was "we said it was an international variant" as if that was supposed to make it clear that there's no warranty protection whatsoever. 

So, I wanted to make sure this is clear for anyone who is considering it, because I really do think it should have been made explicitly clear. Saying "international" means nothing, it's just a way to weasel out of accountability via plausible deniability, imho.  Anyways, with all that out of the way, I really do love this phone so far, after having it for a month or so. I had been using my old phone with a stylus - it just makes more sense to me, so the S-pen takes that to a new level. I don't use my phone enough to warrant spending like $1-2k on a flagship, not that I could afford it anyway. So being able to get the experience of the Note with the S-pen at this price point is awesome. 

I'm still getting used to the Samsung ecosystem, and generally being pretty wowed by what my phone is able to do. But I'm probably pretty easy to please given that it's been so long since I upgraded, haha. The camera is good and has really cool night mode, everything is snappy and fast, I can actually run multiple apps at once finally, it handles Pokemon Go fluidly (that game drains battery / CPU so it's a good litmus test for usability), battery life has been good so far, and did I mention how much I love the S-pen?  

Also comes with a basic TPU case and screen protector (the latter pre-installed).  So tldr - the phone is awesome especially given its price point, but the warranty thing is dodgy and that's why I haven't given it 5 stars. I'd definitely recommend the phone itself.

I was a little concerned about the purchase of this Samsung as it did say it was an international version. However upon receiving the phone the only challenge was that it was in Arabic when I started it. Even though I didn't understand the language I was able to quickly change to English and the transfer process of my data from my LG phone to this was easy and no problems. The other concern was the S-pen as some comments indicated it was not Samsung. I can say this s-pen was a Samsung device. I love this phone especially the s-pen. It also come with a plastic case protector and screen protector which I will leave on my phone until I decide on whether to replace. I have had it for over a month and love all the features.
