I'd like a refund but can't find how to request it for this purchase. The product works on my PC but not on my Big Screen System. I'm a computer geek kind of guy and I've spent 10 hours trying to get it to work on a system that consists of a late model Samsung Blu Ray DVD player and a Panasonic plasma display. Everything else on this system works, including NetFlix. I've searched the Internet for possible fixes and have tried everything remotely plausible. I've reset the system multiple times and even changed HDMI cables. I've de-registered the devices and then re-installed and re-registered them. Amazon Prime "kinda" works but the videos have almost no sound. What little sound there is, is muted, garbled, and unintelligible. Again, this system works fine with every other digital application. And, yes, I've tried changing the language, etc. and no the devices are not muted. So, Amazon, if you're listening out there some where, please tell me how I can get a refund of this NCIS series. I'm not mad, actually I'm a big fan of Amazon Prime. But, in this instance, the product doesn't work for me so a refund seems fair.
