I bought this cream after I read many reviews on how natural and good cream it is. It is a good cream with good texture if not a bit rich and has a fantastic light coconut aroma. However, I was greatly disappointed to find out is not as "natural" and virgin at it suggests on the packaging. It has many additives not at all natural and sadly I could not find its composition or back label anywhere online before I buy it. So here is the ingredient list : Water (aqua). Cocos nucifera (coconut oil), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Octydodecyl Myristate, Dimethicone, Glycerin, PEG-8 Beeswax, Macademia Ternifolia seed oil, Vitis Vinifera, Cetyl Alcohol, Celeth-20, Steareth 20, Glyceryl Stearate, Mineral Oil (ParraffinumLiquidum), Acrylates/Acrylamide Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance.

First of all - I have the MOST sensitive skin ever. I am also very picky about what I put on my skin. And I hate smelly stuff.
With that said, this stuff is AMAZING! It is all natural. Has a faint coconut smell that goes away shortly after applying. Your skin absorbs it - it doesn't just sit on top of your skin. I have the driest feet ever known. I have even tried lotion for people with Diabetes and nothing worked. This stuff is so great I only have to put it on my feet every other night now!
I use it on my entire body except my face...but my friends use it on their faces. (I don't because my face is so greasy I am afraid to put anything on it.) But I have turned so many of my friends onto this stuff that they should pay me for promoting it! Hands down, the best product ever! BUY THIS STUFF!

UPDATE:
May 2018 - I just received a new jar of this lotion that I love so much. I wanted to show that it came with a gift, a tiny tube of "Dynamic Renewal Cream," attached to it. Unfortunately, it doesn't give even a hint at what's in it, so I won't be trying it.

I truly love this lotion. I first got it at Sam's Club a couple of years ago, and I'm hooked. It is nice and light, sort of like a cold cream. It absorbs quickly without that vaseline feel. It's perfect for the face, but I use it all over.

This is a big 16-oz tub that lasts a long time - and you can get every last drop out of it. That's a big deal for me. I also buy a lotion that is specifically for diabetic skin care. Like most of those name brand lotions in a pump bottle, you pay an arm & leg to only use 3/4 of the bottle.

This lotion doesn't have any perfumes in it. It smells lightly of coconut - actually, it smells like cake, and my lab puppy tries to lick it off when I'm putting it on. That pleasant scent really only lasts a short time.

I first tried this from a friend who uses it and was instantly hooked. I went onto Amazon the next day and bought some. This stuff feels like what I would imagine a cloud feels like. It's very light, but holds a ton of moisture in it. It's not greasy, but a little bit goes a long way and can become like a greasy feeling if you put too much on. I usually only wear this at night and I love doing a facial scrub in the shower and then moisturizing my face with this when I get out. It feels like butter on my skin and I just love it. I know this might sound crazy, but when I rub this lotion into my face, I also rub it into my eyelids and down over my lashes, which I swear has made my eyelashes grow. They are longer and fuller and my boyfriend has even noticed them! I will forever buy this lotion!

After using the cream my skin started itching, that only happens with creams with a lot of chemicals as ingredients, thats why i only can use natural creams and Eucerin creams, my skin is really sensitive and well, this creams is really far of being natural at all, just read the ingredients(they dont show them on the amazon page....for a reason). avoid this one if you have sensitive cream or you are looking for a real natural product. its not that the cream is bad, is that is not natural AT ALL.

I am 67 years old and have lived in the desert SouthWest for 42 years. My skin looked just like the lizards that roam freely in the desert. Finally, I decided I needed to do something. I have tried many lotions and creams over the years, but none of them has noticeably changed the appearance of my skin the way this coconut cream moisturizer has. It is difficult to describe the feel and sensation when you put it on, but it most certainly feels like pure hydration. It is absorbed into my skin, and does not just rest on top of the skin. You might think a coconut cream is oily or greasy (that's what I thought) but this cream is not oily or greasy at all. I wondered if I would be walking around smelling like a giant coconut, but the coconut fragrance is very mild and pleasant . I have been using it for less than a week now, but I can tell you I have already seen a huge improvement in the condition of my skin. I highly recommend this product if you have extremely dry skin.

I originally found this at Sam’s but I don’t make those trips very often so I was really excited to find it on Amazon. This stuff is amazing.
I get really dry skin and they get bumpy on my thighs and the backs of my arms. A few days of using this and it was smooth and soft.
I’ve got my daughter addicted to it and even her boyfriend keeps asking where it’s at so he can use it. Good stuff!
