There are very practical reasons why you should never ever marry a mermaid. It's hard to get the ring out of your scuba suit. Imagine trying to get married when the best man is a shark and tries to eat you. There are rhyming answers to this story that will have you rolling in the aisles.

Although some parts are somewhat funny, I feel like this story is too similar to other books I’ve read by other authors. Some of illustrations seem too close to Disney for my taste and would have liked to see a bit more originality.
I also find that this author creates stories similar to another author who writes about the same topics and feel like the ideas are borrowed and not nearly as well done.
Not a book I would recommend.
