I've already loss 4lbs this week by not dieting!
The freedom of going out and not discussing my ever failing eating plan at the dinner table was so refreshing. Not having any anxiety around food at an outing I attended was truly rewarding.
Had I known Dr. Collins #NMD principles for every time I failed a "diet" I would never have failed.
I also love the fact that she touches on a subject that others fail to include -- diet medications! Medications that work! As a fellow physician this section actually provides physicians with the tools they need to prescribe these medications without fear if warranted. It's also in an easy to understand format that both patients and medical professionals can understand.
I'm now reading it a second time to make sure I didn't miss anything as I was so excited reading it the first time.
My aunt has purchased the book, several friends and I personally sent a copy to my mom!

This book provides a real, practical and DO-ABLE approach to weight loss. If you are tired of trying the next thing, or tired of the diet that worked being less effective the next time you go on it, then read this book. I highly recommend it!

Undestanding when we are angry and eating a little less than we would need is THE SECRET..
So we have to train ourselves to 2 perceptions: eat when you are really angry and eat less than we have to.and Move on.as a day exercises.
