Despite the price, I ordered these because I liked the idea of a selection of supplements that I could throw in my bag when travelling. I really did want to like these but just didn't work our for me due to side effects from the day pack.

I do not know whether it was Alpha Brain or some other ingredient but after taking the day pack I felt light headed and sick on my stomach for much of the day, it was like my brain was in a fog. I have never had any problem with any other supplement before so it was a surprise that I reacted this way. I took them the next day to see if it was a one-off experience but I felt the same way the next day. After stopping I am back to feeling normal. Night pack seemed to be ok but did not really help me sleep.

Can't handle these anymore so unfortunately I wasted $130 on supplements I can no longer take. Even without the side effects, I do not really think the conveneinvce factor is worth the high price. I would look elsewhere when trying to find supplements.

Overall, experience has been fantastic.

Day 1: Didn’t take 1st Day pack with breakfast. Immediately passed most of it in my first trip to the bathroom. Still could feel an uptick of energy & focus. Night pack had immediate positive impact on sleep. It gave me TylenolPM depth of sleep with little grogginess the next morning. Came out of the fog very quickly.

Day 2: Took day pack with breakfast around 9am & felt it. High energy and focus levels all day. No 3pm dip in energy. Started to feel the come down shortly after 5pm. Night pack felt the same. 20 minutes in I feel my brain and body calm. By the time I get to bed an hour later, it’s an easy sleep. Normally wake up multiple times in the middle of the night but not the last 2 nights.

Rest of week: Day: Mental alertness, clarity generally much stronger for longer periods of time. Light tingling in tops of knees after a few days of packs that I interpret as a positive sign. Sometimes have knee pain in my joints where the tingling happens & I haven’t had the joint pain since taking the packs, even after stepping up the duration/intensity of runs and HIIT workouts. Only negative is the intestinal gas. I assume it’s from the krill oil because a few forced burps help relieve it with a slight fish taste.

Night packs: Continued sleep through the night - no more waking up multiple times. Still a little foggy upon waking up but it quickly dissipates once up and moving around. And completely gone after my first Yerba mate tea in the morning.

Looking forward to continuing to evaluate. I’ll probably take a 48 hour break in between my first and 2nd months to “detox” and reset my baseline.

Overall, I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a daily supplement to help improve energy and alertness through both better sleep and better nutrients. Only hesitation is that it’s a LOT of ingredients and anyone with a sensitive stomach might need to space out the pills or make sure to get plenty of food before taking.

The morning pills upset stomach so i had to start taking them 2 pills every 5 or 10 minutes with glass of water to not get upset stomach and i have used for a week and feel no different maybe you need to take all at once for effect so no positive effects from morning pills and night pack made me toss and turn all nite made me feel restless and also need to take at different intervals so not to upset stomach and no positive effects for night pack and they gave me bad gas bottom line dont buy from amazon they will not honor return and rip you off beware

Days 1-5: noticeable uptick in mood and relaxation especially in the evenings.

Days 5-10: I noticed my jiu jitsu attacks and transitions are chaining together more quickly and I am much faster at problem solving throughout my day. Focus is unparalleled to any other nootropic I have tried. I would really like to use the full dose of Alpha Brain along with Total Human.

I am currently on day 15-16 and I feel like my immune system is boosted (I caught a cold but got over it quicker than in the past) and my sleep cycles are noticeably deeper with more REM sleep than ever (Fitbit Versa tracked).

I would recommend this to anyone trying to up their game in their sport or even their profession.

I’ve been using this product for a while and was always satisfied. Recently the individual packaging has changed. There is a plastic film on the exterior that makes it difficult to separate the day and night pouches without tearing both. Seems trivial but it’s not. Loose pills fall to the ground. If the attention to quality has slipped on the packaging, I can’t help but wonder about the integrity of the contents.

I am not sure why people were saying they had issues taking these packs. There are a lot of pills, yes. You pay for them... I thought about how much money I was paying separately for other pills and decided to try the complete packs to make it more convenient. I don't feel nervous or jittery but I am used to taking energy supplements and coffee. I did feel like I had plenty of energy. I also feel like I have better focus and concentration, which I really needed. I have been taking the packs with light meals and haven't had any stomach issues or headaches at all. I have even taken them with just a couple spoonful's of cottage cheese in the morning with no issues. After reading previous reviews I was concerned but it wasn't an issue at all. Aside of focus I noticed that my golf practice was more intense. I was tuned in and energetic. I had plenty of energy and drive. Downside is the price, like everyone says. I bought both of my boxes on sale. I am in my second week and have enough to do two months. We will see if it is worth it in the long run but I like it better than my old regime of pills. Oh, I also like that there is a night blend. Sleeping better and more chill before bed. That is a huge plus over just taking energy pills alone. I am not getting a kickback for a good rating. I just thought it was worth mentioning that I liked the packs and the stomach thing wasn't an issue. Hope that helps.
