Filling & tasty with a banana

I’m a college student who runs all day long, so I needed something that was quick and easy and filling for breakfast. This is perfect.
What I do when I make it is I use milk (tastes better that way) and I put in more than the 12 oz - usually 13/14. It tastes fine with just the 2 scoops, but recently I started adding half a banana and it’s SO good! Highly recommend the banana.
It usually keeps me full until lunch if I eat a granola bar with it (I workout 5 days a week so I need an extra something).
Definitely worth it - I recommend!
