As a fatal virus mutates and threatens to kill all life forms on Earth, Special Agent Williams conspires to send the healthy away. After space travel and going underground are ruled out, all that remains is the theoretical technology of an autistic savant: escaping to a parallel universe. But when they travel to the other dimension, their arrival is met with suspicion and hatred. To evade persecution, experimentation, and to save their lives, the Otherworlders must find a way to escape, survive, and outwit Agent Williams's murderous double.

I sincerely hope that you enjoy it. I would love to hear what you thought of it once you've read it. I invite you to post honest reviews. And if you'd like to reach me, you can do so through my website.
I had a great experience writing this book. It started with a question: What would happen if a billion people were suddenly transported to another world? The story grew from there. There was a lot to juggle with this book. It has a lot of story to be told, and a large cast of characters telling it. It took a lot of time, thought, and even trial and error, to figure out which characters made the cut. It's amazing how much a finished product can change from where it started. I find myself still attached to my characters. I still think of them and what has happened since the book ended. Maybe there's even more story to tell. Perhaps these characters aren't done just yet. --This text refers to the paperback edition.

Special Agent Jackson Williams was showing the President, Secretary of Defense Daniel Tucker & other governmental staff the 1st highly contagious virus outbreak in LA, & then NY, Heathrow London, Beijing, & Sydney.
Incubation period & quarantine, & possible human & animal extinction were also brought up in the concerned political discussion.
Special Agent Jackson Williams was going to Boston Institute of Technology to visit with Levi Turner (research). Levi & Matthew (research assistant) were designing a DNA genetic machine (marker).
Another meeting at the White House. A contingency plan is being established.
The Government will focus on the healthy & brightest stars of tomorrow. They will also donate body parts to make clones (doubles). Another parallel dimension in the universe is being looked at for their safe keeping.
Levi & Matthew were doing a lot of research & designing a mini-machine in the underground lab.

I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.
A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. Wow, a very well written dystonia sci-fi book. It wasn’t always very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish, but never a dull moment. There were lots of grammar/typo errors (word spacing), but no repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great dystonia movie, animated cartoon, or mini TV series. 1 book I couldn’t put down. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.

Thank you for the free book (Goodreads; PDF)
I was a little skeptical in reading this book at first. I’m not that big into sci-fi when there isn’t a love romance involved, but when I say I was hooked after the first chapter, that’s what I was. Otherworlders doesn’t revolve around one person, but a set of certain people. There is a mass virus that is wiping out the world and the only hope they have is from a inventor named Levi Turner. He is the answer to the worlds prayers. He builds a machine that lets the high resistant people move dimensions.
You have a FBI agent who wants to save the world, a couple who only wants to be safe, a con woman who only knows how to survive, a ten year old boy who believes nobody wants him and a widower who can’t believe she lost her husband so suddenly. Levi is able to build the machine and move the human’s with a high resistance to the virus through dimensions, but when they get to the place that is much like earth and not, problems arise. From hateful doubles and a society that doesn’t want them there. Have the demission jumpers left one bad situation to only enter into a worse one.
Angela wove a tale of sci-fi genius in my book. I couldn’t put the book down until I was finished with it. I wanted to know what happened next. There is unconditional love, where the husband and wife would follow each other anywhere just for a better start. There is also betrayal. Oh I wanted to smack that person with a passion. Ms. Cavanaugh described what a person would do just so that they could feel safe, even sell out their own best friend to a psycho FBI agent. One character tries to find herself after she is put through some trying times. And there is death. Some of the people that died, I wanted to bring them back to life, just so they could keep breathing.
I would definitely recommend this book. I honestly hope she might add some more books and make it a series.
