In her book “Own your energy”, Alla Svirinskaya gives us practical tools to protect ourselves from negative and toxic energy. She is a fifth generation energy healer and stresses the importance of owning our energy and the importance of creating boundaries.

She writes that it is important to acknowledge all parts of ourselves. The physical aspect is only one part, but “ the aura is the boss”. It is important to focus on balancing and strengthening our aura and to practice energy cleansing.

I found the book enjoyable and easy to read with practical tips, exercises, visualizations and meditations.

Once again I have come across another great book that I wish I could rate six stars rather then just five.This book talks about a variety of different things such as the chakras,different types of energy vampires,the meridians as well as other various types of things.This book is so informational on various things that you would be able to save money,as well as bookshelve room just buying this book rather then more then one book on various things.This book as has tons of great meditations and excersises as well. So if are wanting to own your own energy.Develop Immunity to Toxic Energy and Preserve Your Authentic Life Force. This is the book to get.

This book is a life saver for me! I had a very intense spiritual awakening last August and went months without understanding my energy nor how to protect it. Unfortunately I got into trouble before I learnt the ropes but this book has been incremental in mastering and understanding my own energy during recovery. The power meditation at the end was, well... very powerful indeed! It actually triggered an emotional release and healing from my heart chakra where I was crying my eyes out but it felt amazing to relieve those blockages. There is not one person I know who would not benefit from this book! I thought it was going to be a bit "woo woo" for me but it is amazing! So interesting, so insightful and SO practical! The chapter on 'Digital Living versus Digital Slavery' should be read by every single person and taught in every school.

This is a well-written, well researched and fascinating book and I have more energy and feel more uplifted just from reading it and using a few of the tools.
